ZACHARY LIPSCHUTZ is an associate with Martin Law who represents individuals against long-term disability insurers. He also practices workers’ compensation law and Social Security disability law. He has successfully represented many individuals in their quests for benefits. He has practiced in a variety of courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Lipschutz is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Lipschutz majored in Political Science; he graduated from Tulane University in 2015 and went on to earn his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2018.
