JOHN J. O’DONNELL is an associate with Martin Law who practices workers’ compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O’Donnell worked at a large regional defense firm, where he handled workers’ compensation litigation throughout Pennsylvania. He has also previously worked at firms handling claimant’s cases and practicing employment law.
In 1999, Mr. O’Donnell earned his law degree from the Widener University School of Law, where he interned at the school’s Environmental Law Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University in 1998. Mr. O’Donnell is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
