8/11/15 – Amit Shah Named Committee Member for Diversity and Inclusion

(Philadelphia, PA) – Martin Law partner, Amit Shah, has been named a committee member of the newly-formed Diversity and Inclusion sub-committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section, along with four other committee members. This committee was formed in support of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Chancellor Albert Dandridge’s initiative to advance diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and to enhance opportunities for all attorneys.
The committee’s Diversity and Inclusion Action plan can be accessed on the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association website. For its inaugural year, the Diversity and Inclusion sub-committee will be chaired by Charece Z. Collins, Esq.
Shah became a partner at Martin Law in 2015 and is a certified specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation by the PA Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the PA Supreme Court. Mr. Shah was a speaker at the Continuing Legal Education program titled “Workers’ Compensation Issues Involving the Large Employer.” Mr. Shah is an ex officio member of the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia.
