April 29, 2015
(Philadelphia) – Martin Law attorney Lisa D. Eldridge was given the Martha J. Hampton Memorial Award on April 24, 2015 at a special luncheon at The Ritz-Carlton hotel where Honorable Edward G. Rendell served as keynote speaker. The award is bestowed annually by the Philadelphia Bar Association to an attorney recognized has being among the most influential and inspiring contributors to the practice of workers’ compensation law.
Martha Hampton, the award’s namesake, was an accomplished and recognized expert in the area of workers’ compensation law before her untimely death in 1999. She had served as Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Chair of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, and an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Lisa Eldridge has practiced Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law on both sides of the table since 1988 and is a respected and committed advocate in her work and care for clients and colleagues. She is a graduate of Temple University and University of Virginia School of Law.
